John C. Davis serves as "of counsel" to Mathews Law Firm, P. A. John represents employees in labor and employment matters and individuals who have been wronged under the civil rights and consumer protection laws. In addition to representing individuals, much of John's practice is devoted to class action lawsuits on behalf of employees and individuals under the discrimination and harassment laws, the federal wage and hour/overtime laws, civil rights statutes, and consumer protection laws.
